Privacy statement

Catapulze B.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this statement.

What we collect

When you use our contact or radar forms we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), your message, role or vacancy information and, if you choose to upload it, your CV.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, to match professionals with suitable opportunities, and to deliver the Augmentation Radar. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your request.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. CVs are stored privately and only accessible to our team.

Sharing

We never sell your data. With your permission we may share your profile with a client for a specific project. We use processors for hosting who are bound by data processing agreements.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to withdraw consent or object to processing. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
